Senator Fairclough called the Senate. The call was satisfied. Senator French rose to a point of order citing Mason's Manual Section 101. Senator Fairclough, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 369(JUD) was read the third time.
